Actually there are many natural healthy drinks that we can use to increase the body’s immune system. 3 Immunity Boosting Drinks or Kadha recipes

Here are 3 popular kadha drink recipes. Each recipe has its own variations with a different set of ingredients.

A mixture of spices such as cloves, peppers, cinnamon, cardamom can be ground once and stored in a container. Basically, you can use this mixture in all 3 drinks. The spice mixes may seem pungent and spicy enough to you, so you can add jaggery or honey to tone down the spice. You can increase or decrease the sweetness depending on your taste preference.

1. Tulsi and Ginger Kadha Recipe

This is Tulsi ginger drink, with fresh basil leaves, brewed with spices and ginger. This drink not only helps to boost immunity, but also improves the condition of your skin.

What you need:

water 4 cups

tulsi leaves (basil)

ginger root – crushed 2-3 cm

cardamom 3 pods

cinnamon stick 2-3 cm

bay leaf 2 pcs.

cloves 1/2 tsp

black pepper 1 tsp

honey 1 tsp

How to prepare:

Pour water into a large saucepan.

Add bay leaf, tulsi, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, and cloves.

Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.

Strain the infusion and add 1 tsp. honey when the tea cools down to about 40 degrees. (Honey must not be heated!) Or add jaggery while boiling.

Tulsi and ginger kadha is ready to drink.

2. Turmeric Ginger Kadha Recipe

We all are aware of the numerous health benefits of turmeric, but when combined with other spices, it doubles.

What you need:

ginger root 5 cm

cinnamon stick 2-3 cm

cloves 1/2 tsp

cardamom 5 pods

black pepper 1 tsp

water 4 cups

turmeric 1/2 tsp

jaggery 1 tsp

lemon juice 1 tsp

How to prepare:

Grind the ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and black pepper into a coarse paste in a mortar and pestle. Set aside.

Pour 4 cups of water into a saucepan and add the prepared ginger mixture.

Also add turmeric and jaggery.

Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.

Strain the infusion and add lemon juice.

Turmeric ginger kadha is ready to drink.

3. Refreshing Mint drink

The third is a refreshing mint drink made from an aromatic blend of spices and fresh mint.

What you need:

water 4 cups

mint leaves

cloves 1/2 tsp

cardamom 4 pods

cinnamon stick 2-3 cm

1/2 tsp black pepper

lemon juice 1 tsp

How to prepare :

Place mint, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and cardamom in a mortar.

Grind into a coarse paste.

Pour water into a saucepan and add the prepared mint mixture.

Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.

Strain and add 1 tsp. lemon juice.

Recipe 1

Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, cover and leave for 30 minutes. Cool the infusion, add 1 tsp honey and drink 100 ml in the evenings before bedtime. Cover the rest, place in the refrigerator and drink in the morning. The tool is used to cleanse the body and also improve metabolism.

Recipe 2

Place 2 tbsp of grated ginger root in a thermos, add 2 whole peeled garlic cloves, pour in 2 liters of boiling water, cork tightly and leave for 2 hours. Strain and drink like tea in small portions throughout the day between meals. It helps reduce hunger and is used to reduce body weight.

Recipe 3

Pour 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon into a cup of freshly brewed tea or coffee and drink in small sips. Regular consumption of the drink improves digestion, speeds up metabolic processes and helps to reduce body weight.
