• 5 lemons
• sugar to taste
• 1 litre of water
• mint
• ice
 
 
Preparation:

 

Squeeze the juice from 4 lemons. Cut the fifth lemon into rings. In a jug, mix the lemon juice and sugar, and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved. Add the water and lemon rings. Serve your lemonade with fresh mint.

Ingredients:

 

• 1 litre of apple juice
• Mint
• 100 ml lemon juice
• 1 lemon
• ice
 
 
Preparation:
 
 
Cut the lemon into circles. Place the apple juice and lemon juice in a jug. Add the lemon, mint and ice cubes. You can serve a drink with apple slices.

Ingredients:

 

• sugar in any shape and colour
• 4 limes
• Ginger to taste
• mint
• 1 litre of mineral water or juice to taste
• 1/2 cup water
• ice
 
 
 
Preparation:
 
Squeeze the juice out of the lime. Put the sugar and 1/2 cup of water in one bowl and simmer until the sugar has dissolved. Grate the ginger and add it to the syrup. When the syrup starts to boil, turn off the stove. Cool the syrup. Add the lime juice, mineral water and ice. Garnish your drink with mint and slices of lime.

FRESH CUCUMBERS AND LEMON JUICE

• 1 lemon (larger) or lime
• 2 cucumbers
• 1 large orange
• Honey to taste
• Mint to taste
• 1 litre of juice or water
 
 
 
Preparation:

 

Peel one cucumber and blend it in a blender, and cut the other into circles. Squeeze the juice from the oranges and lime. Put the cucumbers, juice and honey in a large bowl, stir a little to dissolve the honey. Add the water or some juice you love and garnish with fresh mint.

• 10 fresh sage leaves (Tej Patta)
• 1 lime
• 250 ml pear juice (fresh or packaged)
• 250 ml of water
• 1 pear

Preparation:
 
 
Cut the lemons, cut the pears into cubes and place them in a jug. Add the chopped fresh sage. Grind the ice or leave it in the form of cubes. Add ice, pear juice, water, stir your drink and enjoy.

• 500 ml grapefruit juice (fresh or packed)
• 1 cup of water
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 1 anise stick
• Fresh mint

Preparation:

 

Put in a pot of sugar, water and cinnamon and make the syrup. Cook it for five to ten minutes until the sugar has dissolved. Let the syrup cool. Mix together the juice, syrup and water in a jug. Add the ice and garnish the drink with mint and anise.

• 1/2 lemon
• 1/2 lime
• mint and tarragon
• Strawberries
• sugar to taste
• 1 litre of water or juice to taste
• 100 ml of water
• ice
 
 
Preparation:

 

Grate the lime and lemon zest and squeeze the juice. Put the juice in the jug. Cut the strawberries in half. Add strawberries, herbs and sugar to taste. Pour into a jug of hot water and let the fruits and plants release their flavours and smells. Strain the sheaths if they bother you. Add the juice or water, and ice. Cool the drink in the fridge. Before serving decorate the glass with circles of the other half of the lime.

VEGETABLE DRINK

Ingredients:

 

• 1 litre of juice or water
• sugar to taste
• 3 cucumbers
• 1 large pepper
• 1 lime
• 3 lemons
• mint or tarragon leaves
• ice
 
 
Preparation:

 

Slice the peppers and two cucumbers, sprinkle them with sugar. Let them take an hour to consume. Cut one lemon and a third cucumber into rings. Grate the zest of one lemon from the remaining two and squeeze out the juice.
Put the mint leaves (or tarragon) in a jug and sprinkle it with sugar. Add the lemon zest, lemon slices, cucumbers and peppers while they’re still moist. Pour over the water and lemon juice, add the crushed ice. Garnish the drinking glasses with the remaining slices of lemon and cucumber.

PINEAPPLE DRINK

• 1 litre of water
• 1 lemon
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 can of pineapple juice
• mint
 
 
 
Preparation:

 

Put the water on to boil. Grate the lemon zest, and squeeze the lemon juice.  Add the sugar to the water and cook until it melts completely. Then add the lemon zest and remove the water from the stove. Pour the syrup into the jug through a sieve. Add the lemon juice and pineapple juice.
 
 
Cut the pineapple into pieces and put in a drink. Let it cool at room temperature, then put it in the fridge. Garnish the glasses with larger chunks of pineapple before serving.
